CANCELLATION POLICY

I work very hard to accommodate as many clients as my daily schedule will allow. I kindly ask that all appointment changes/cancellations be made 48 hours before said appointment. This gives me time to reach out to my wait-list clients and try to fill your spot. I do of course understand that things come up. If you are running late at all, let me know. More than 15 minutes late will result in rescheduling for a different day. Please know that any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled services for that day. Any cancellations within an hour of the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. If you no call show you will NOT be allowed to re-book with me.

KID POLICY

While I LOVE children of every age, With our little space we have limited seating and space in our client lounge.There are also chemicals and hot tools as well as high traffic throughout the salon and we would hate to have any incidents. It is my goal to provide a relaxing and pampered environment to all of our clients and especially you mommies, unless they are receiving a service Sustainable Soul does not allow children.

 

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

If your color is in need of an adjustment, please let me know within 1 week of your appointment so we can schedule you for a complimentary color adjustment. You can reach out to me through any of the contact options listed throughout my website.
